Why not surgery for mole removal?
Surgery is certainly an option that you can pursue as a method for removing moles. Depending on the mole, some doctors may choose to freeze it. This method often involves “shaving” the mole down to a point where it can be frozen properly, or the doctor may choose to cut at the the roots of the mole. Unfortunately these techniques often promote scarring and can sometimes make the affected area look worse than it did before. Another method a clinic may use is laser mole removal. This is often used to remove skin blemishes of many types which may be necessary if you have a benign mole that is deep in skin. But lasers do have a tendency to leave behind scar tissue.
