NKOTB have 2 types of fan club membership: Full Service and Premium (see nkotb.com for details). The first pre-sale of the VIP packages is for Full Service members who will enter a special password, followed 30 minutes later by the pre-sale for Premium members. Some shows have a presale with exclusive access for American Express “Preferred Seating” cardmembers. These are qualifying Gold, Platinum, and Centurion cards. Enter the Customer Service phone number on the back of the card, into the password field (do not use dashes, or ‘1’ before the phone number) on the package description page IF the notes on the itinerary page state that this show has an exclusive access period. You MUST use the qualifying Gold, Platinum or Centurion card to purchase the VIP packages during these exclusive access presales.
