How to Care for a Rubber Tree?
To care for a rubber tree it should be placed near a window with indirect sunlight. The rubber tree needs a lot of light but direct sunlight will dry out the tree and burn the leaves. Ideally the temperature in the room should be between 68 and 80 degrees. The plant also needs humidity so you can place a dish of water next to the plant or mist the leaves daily. Add warm water when the plant is almost dry. Do not let it dry out completely or remain soaked all the time. During spring and summer fertilize every two to three weeks with 10-10-10 fertilizer.
