Can I get a printed bank statement?

Many accounts are ‘internet Only’ these days = if you go into the branch they won’t even be able to access your details let alone arrange a statement. IF you have a ‘normal’ branch account (i.e. one in which you used to receive statements but then told them you would be willing to accept statements via email), then ‘yes’, they CAN arrange for a paper statement (for which they may make a charge) to be sent to your home address. If you have on-line access to your account (or an Internet ‘only’ account), SOME allow you to ‘request a statement’ with a ‘by post’ option (most ‘on-line’ accounts will send you a statement once a year, for Tax purposes, anyway).
