No. Level 1 modules teach first principles only. • If I take an elective, can I change to read in Psychology? Generally no. Due to very high demand, Psychology is usually full. • If I take Level 1, can I take Level 2? Yes, we expect to have some places on Level 2 elective modules next year. Some of these modules will have pre-requisites (part or all of the 40 ‘core’ Level 1 modules), but others will have no pre-requisites. • Are there limited numbers for the courses? Yes. We have space for quite a lot of elective students, but because these modules are so popular, some of them get full every year. • Are support staff available to help me? Yes, there is a Psychology Electives Tutor: Graham Finlayson. • What happens if I fail the module? You’ll be offered a chance to resit. However, you must register for a resit. You won’t get a letter inviting you to resit if you don’t first register to resit. All resits are held in August. You can avoid failing by making use of the Psychology Electives
