How do I connect an ETHOS to ScanBay?

Ensure the AC power cable is connected. Press and HOLD the “Y” and “N” buttons down and then power up the ETHOS. Once the service menu appears release the “Y” and “N” buttons. Select PC LINK. Connect it to your ScanBay PC using the USB cable. The Mini-USB end plugs into the ETHOS, the standard USB end into the PC. Allow 30 seconds for the PC to recognize the SOLUS PRO. Start ScanBay. Select “ETHOS and SOLUS PRO.” If ScanBay is unable to connect to the SOLUS PRO unplug the USB cable at the PC and plug it back into a different USB port.
