How to Light a Charcoal Grill?
To light a charcoal grill first know how much charcoal you’ll need. One layer of charcoal for burgers & two layers for roasts. Stack the charcoal to make it into a cone shape. Use lighter fluid to pour over the charcoals. Let set for about 30 seconds then light at the bottom of pile. The coals should burn until they turn white. Spread the charcoals across the grate. Close the lid & in about 5 minutes you are ready to start cooking. Enjoy!
