How do I export DXF information from the Location Module?

0

There are 2 methods of exporting information to DXF. The method you use depends on your requirements. 1) To save a design as a 3 dimensional model use menu File|Save As, select AutoCad Format (*.DXF) in the Save File As Type pull-down box. This method preserves coordinates. Label formatting is not preserved. 2) To save the design windows for drafting purposes you can use menus File|Export (Plan, Profile, Section or Multi-Plot) Drawing. This format of DXF outputs the drawing in printer/plotter (‘paper space’) coordinates with no elevation information.
