they was pretty good when the was new but any 13 year old car is going to give a lot of problems and the neon would be a good one to give problems unless you found one with extremely low miles on it,they held up pretty good for a while though,but one that old is going to cost a lot to keep up unless the mileage is really low on it,good luck with it.
