Download and install on your computer a program that can convert and burn MP4 (sometimes called MPEG-4) files to DVD. MiniDVDSoft’s Free DVD Creator and the Wondershare Video to DVD Converter are two such programs. When your program is installed, open it and insert a blank DVD-R into your computer’s DVD-burning optical disc drive. Use the program’s “Load” or “Add” tab to browse for and insert your MP4 file into the burning queue. Depending on your program, you may be able to create a DVD menu or adjust the video size. Choose “DVD” as the output format and select the DVD drive that contains your blank DVD-R.
