Can an Insulin overdose be detected?

0

I believe in the past there were a couple of very high profile cases where a person was murdered with their insulin. This can be tested in labs as there is too much insulin in the system. I think it was done as mercy killing in one of the cases, but flat out greed in another. If the OMI suspects foul play they can test for amount of insulin in the system. I wouldn’t want to mess with finding out my brother did take his own life, even if I was very very curious. Please let it be and just thank God that he isn’t in pain any more.
