How many people live at Waterside?
A Lot owners are currently free to construct property on their lot, or reside on their lot, as they see fit. Some lot owners may choose never to build or live on their lot, and others may be there nearly year round. Because of this, the Seller cannot identify the number of homes or buildings in the subdivision, nor how many or to what extent they may be occupied.
