How do i look after baby guppies?
To watch for, the belly gets quite large, in a guppy, it is much darker than your mollies will be. The give birth about once every 30 days, the younger the mom, the fewer babies she will have. I find it very stressful on the mom fish to be netted and cramed into a breeder net. I just provide cover for the babies to hide, plastic or live plants, both floating and stuck in the gravel. Rocks piled will also help, ornaments with holes in them, you get the idea. Feed the fish more often, but smaller portions. Crush a few of the flakes up to small bits so your bigger fish will go after the bigger pieces and let the small bits go to the baby fish.
