If you require an account balance and it is not provided as part of the withdrawal, you will need to request a balance enquiry separately and a fee may apply. However, this function may not be available in all countries. With credit card accounts, a cash withdrawal is the same as a cash advance, and the details provided on the receipt will be the ‘available credit’ and not the ‘outstanding balance’.
