Is it worth buying grass feed weed?
I prefer to use separate methods and products to get my lawn in better shape, as sometimes it’s an overkill to treat all parts with a total product. This is particularly true, when there comprehensive products are more expensive than just getting a good fertiliser and treating the odd patch with problems. Overall, a well fed lawn grows strongly and helps suppress weeds etc. If you have moss, I recommend raking it out, and aerating your soil. You can also get spot lawn weedkillers that kill weeds and not grass, and these can be added to the weedy parts. Some weeds can also be removed by hand. If there is lots of shade, this will also encourage moss, so reduce this where possible. This is my preference, but I think it’s too easy to be applying a total product everywhere, when not all of the lawn needs this, and simpler products can produce better results. Hope this helps. Good luck!
