team registrations tracked?
A. Team captains will be sent Get Out the Song! recruitment materials from their chapter representative. These materials are pre-coded with a team number that is assigned exclusively to their team and include registration brochures, fax registration forms, posters, etc. Participants fill out their information and send/fax the materials to NHF. Using the team number as its reference, NHF will add the new registration to the appropriate team.
