Who can annotate the form?
Any assigned User at the current level may annotate the form. During annotation, an ID line is generated that identifies the User and date and time of the annotation. Annotations collect in a floating window, and appear at the bottom of the Course Summary. Upon completion of the review, the departmental or committee chair may delete or retain any of the annotations he/she desires. Generally, only annotations that offer clarification of special details of the course are retained for the information of the next review committee.
