What is a preffered customer?
As we can only make so much soap per month, we let people become a preffered customer if they ask us. This means that we know the exact amount of product to buy and how much soap we will make. This means that people who regularly use the soap will always have a supply available to them. Its only fair. If we have customers who rely on us supplying the soap and we are not able to supply it, then we feel we would be letting them down – and we NEVER want to do that.
