How does batch feedback work?
Batch feedback allows you to submit multiple feedback entries at the same time. To use this feature, go to Your Etsy > Feedback > Items Awaiting Feedback and click the batch feedback tool link. The page will change to show a single Submit Batch Feedback button below the list of items awaiting feedback. Select a rating and add an optional comment for each item. Feedback will only be submitted for items if you select a positive/neutral/negative rating. You do not have to submit feedback for every item on the page at the same time. To submit the feedback entries, simply click the Submit Batch Feedback button at the bottom. You will not be able to add an appreciation photo when submitting batch feedback, but you can add the images later individually. If you leave a positive rating, you may add your appreciation photo by clicking the Completed Feedback tab and viewing “Left for others.
