Hi I am not a GP, but i would have said no, because the blood clot can move whilst you are flying. I have just had something wrong with my blood and when i asked at the hospital to the specialist, if i could fly to Cyprus i was told yes, because my blood had the opposite effect to yours mine would not clot. They told me that if my blood had been clotting and i had a clot the answer would have been no. Ask at the hospital what the risk is to you. Good Luck i really hope you can go.
