No, that doesn’t mean that you are cured from chlamydia for sure. In fact, you might still have it. Often times, STDs are present in the body without having any symptoms. Just because you took a pill doesn’t mean it just ‘went away’. If I were you, I would go get tested again, just in case. And, you might want to tell your partner as well- even if they came up negative one time, you might incidentally give it to them another, ESPECIALLY if you are having unprotected sex. Condoms don’t always work, either, so you may want to inform your partner before engaging in any other sexual intercourse.
