I guess that 1 from 2 has at least one loan. This is not so strange nowadays. You know I have a lot of friends who have got a mortgage and now are paying for their own house. I guess that this is smarter than living the whole life paying for rent. Somehow a loan motivates me to work harder hehe. That is why I think that now is the high time to “buy” my own house too. I even found a Mortgage Advice London who will help me with this. They are specialists in this domain and they’ll tell me what I have to do in order to have everything legally without any surprises, you know I don’t wanna see any brokers near my door.
