What is Truancy Treatment Court?
Truancy Treatment Court (TTC), is an intensive, court aligned program that requires the youth and a parent/guardian to attend court once a week, group counseling sessions twice a week, and individual and family counseling. Each time the child appears in court he or she will be held accountable for any absences with community service or jail time. The youth and his/her family will remain in TTC until the truancy issues are resolved.
