How to Make Lobster Tails?
There are many ways to cook a lobster tail and to prep one. You can take a lobster tail underside facing cutting board and split the shell from tail to big side, grab the tail from the underside and squeeze togther and this will allow you to pull the meat out of the shell and lay it on top of the cut shell then split the top layer of the meat open spread some butter on it and bake it in the over. Or you can just get the lobster meat fully out of the shell and cut into 1 inch pieces and saute in butter, minced garlic, salt and pepper it will cook in about 5 mins this way.
