Why doesnt my rx7 stay running?
Have you looked at your spark plugs yet? Chances are that it’s running WAY too rich and flooding out. When this happens, it saturates the spark plugs with too much fuel and fouls them. If they’re wet when you pull them, it’s an unmistakable sign of too much fuel in the mixture. Pull the spark plugs and clean them with a wire brush, available at any walmart in the paint department (used for removing paint). And so you don’t mess them up when putting them back in, the BUR7EQ ones go in the lower hole (Leading) and the BUR9EQ go in the top hole (trailing). Also, your fuel filter is probably clogged up, especially the in-tank one. To get to it, pull up the hatch carpet and you’ll see an oval with screws in it and with a wiring pigtail going to the left, that’s the fuel pump assembly. Follow the wiring and unplug it at the connector (left side of hatch area, near the spare tire jack), remove the screws and pull the fuel pump out, being careful to not bend the fuel sender’s float assembly (r
