Is kickboxing hard for beginners?

It all depends how athletic you are and how much body control you have. Any physical activity would be hard if you are out of shape. Keep in mind the harder you work at it the easier it becomes, meaning, 1 hour every 3 days you go to class and if thats all you do it will take you a while to get used to the kicks. Practice your weak kicks at home with a friend, stretch your legs alot, and focus on technique before power and you’ll move along alot faster. You can do the same kick 10,000 times but if you are practicing the wrong form it’s still a bad kick.
