Shut it off. You don’t save more and never have saved more by leaving it running. Truckers leave the trucks running because of the “air brake system” has to remain charged up so that they can release the brakes and move right away. That is why they sit there for awhile when they first start up the big trucks-they are unable to move as the brakes are locked on.
