TAMS is currently designed to be accessed by supervisors or personnel that are allowed access to employee data and payroll. A single password can be set up for all functions of the application. As for the TAMS clock, in the older version of TAMS, the supervisor is required to launch the clock application, enter the password, then keep it running for employees to clock themselves in and out. TAMS version 2.6.8 and higher does not require a password for the clock. Q: When I run the reports I get an error message on the company name (Error# CR-515 Error in formula ). A: This error is caused if your company name contains an apostrophe (e.g. Escans Technologies). To fix this error, go back to the Company Setup form and remove the apostrophe from the company name and save your changes. The error has been fixed in TAMS ver 2.6.8 and higher.
