Yes. The payment method for both plans must be identical for the Home Based Business Rider application to be processed. For example, if a Family Plan membership is being paid for with automatic check withdrawal, then the Home Based Business Rider payment must be drawn from the same account. If a Family Plan is written using an American Express card, then the Business Rider must be written using the same American Express number.
