Your UserID is a 6-digit number allocated to your computer when you install Incredible Charts. It is displayed at the top of the Login page and under Help >> About >> Membership Details on the chart menu. A new UserID is allocated if you replace your computer, erase your hard drive or open a new Windows user account.
