• Find a white, V-neck shirt that has long sleeves. If it has cuffs, cut them off. An oversized T-shirt will work fine. • Cut a rectangle of white fabric that is half as wide as the shirt and about 12 inches (30.48 cm) long. For added stiffness, sew 2 pieces of fabric together and turn them right side out. • Lay the shirt over the rectangle of fabric and trace the curve of the back of the neck. Cut along the curved line you have drawn. • Slip the rectangle of fabric inside the shirt and pin the center back of the rectangle to the center back of the shirt’s neck.
