What stocks should i buy?
First of all, I must caution you that you should not be depending upon the opinions of strangers (or even friends and family) about what stocks to buy. You need to do your own research (there is a wealth of info on the internet), and invest according to your own investment goals and personality. Having said this, and assuming you are an investor and not a gambler or speculator, invest in companies that have been around for a long time, and have been increasing dividends. These companies would be mostly companies in Dow Jones, or at least in S&P 500. Some examples would be J&J, Exxon, Intel, and Microsoft. However, if you are not sure about these, just buy index funds like DIA or SPY. I would suggest you stay away from very small companies, speculative investments and IPO’s.
