The statistics, which were included in a raft of information released by the council to prove its tough stance on anti social behaviour, have, however, been seized upon by the opposition as apparent proof that Southwark is not being evenhanded when looking at problematic behaviour across the borough.Camberwell is the ASBO capital of Southwark, with more than three times as many ASBOs as any other area – prompting accusations that the council is not doling out the orders evenly across the borough.
