What is the Clubs guest policy?
In order to comply with California’s Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) rules, all visitors to our Club must be a member-in-good-standing of a reciprocal Yacht Club or bona fide guests of an SBYC member. If you are a guest, your sponsoring member must be physically present at the Club in order to be served at the bar. When visiting, all guests must sign our guest book and wear a guest badge. Club members who intend to invite more than 8 guests to the club at the same time should make arrangements in advance with the Vice Commodore. Visiting members of reciprocal yacht clubs with a group of 10 or more are also requested to contact the Vice Commodore in advance of your visit.
