What is a custom/bespoke design?
Bespoke designs are designs that are made to your exact specifications, including layout, color, font choice, text/wording and orientation. All custom designs include three (3) proofs within a two month period. The first proof will include the custom design ordered, personalized with the information provided. The remaining two proofs include revision requests. If your design requires more than three proofs or the two month period has expired, a $35 revision fee will apply. Upon your approval, a final file will be sent. A $15 revision fee will apply if any revisions are required after your final file has been sent. Please allow 3-5 business days after payment for your proof to be sent on all custom designs. A rush fee of $20 will be applied (on each piece) if you need your design sooner.
