What is in the Swim-a-Thon packet?
The packet includes two separate waivers: the Gulliver Schools Participation Waiver and Release and the Liability Release and Indemnification Form of Non-Member from USA Swimming. Both of these forms must be signed by the participant and the parent/guardian if under 18 years old. The packet also contains two sponsorship sign-up forms and two Sponsorship Opportunities brochures with cover letters.
