Yes, BB&T offers online statements at no cost. If you currently receive online-only statements, you will begin receiving them in the mail after conversion. However, after May 31, 2010, once you log on to your new BB&T OnLine® banking account, you may easily choose to receive your statements online only. You’ll simply need to indicate your preference to do so and accept the applicable agreements. You can also register for BB&T Alerts, which can automatically notify you via email or text when your statement is available. For more information, visit BBT.com/paperless.
