Investors in People (IIP) is an International Standard of ‘Good Business Practice’. It’s a flexible framework and quality Standard recognised by organisations in many countries around the world. The Standard is a benchmark for a well-run organisation. The Standard helps you: • Develop strategies to improve performance • Take action to improve performance • Evaluate and improve performance.
