Leather runs about 3 times the cost of a regular grade fabric. We use only U.S. produced top grain leather and we carry about 10 colors. We have over 70 choices of faux leather to choose from which are charged like a regular grade fabric. If you want to use real leather on seats, and have a fabric frame, we only charge the leather for the percentage of the sofa that it is used on.
