What toothpaste has the best benefits?
There is Crest Pro Health and Colgate Total.Total has an overwhelming amount of clinical proof behind it.It offeres twelve hours of protection from germs(germs cause palque).It does this by including triclosan in it’s ingredients. That’s the same antibacterial that’s in most antibacterial soaps and deordorants. I’m a bit anal about my teeth,so I use Listerene whitening mouthwash first,then crest whitening toothpaste and I follow with Colgate Total. I do this because the total coats your teeth with the triclosan,so obviously I don’t want to brush that away.
