What is a themed classroom?
A themed classroom is a classroom that is built around a particular theme. This is different from thematic units that are taught. A themed classroom stays the same theme throughout the year. You will use this theme for helpers, bulletin boards, reading nooks, and any other areas of you classroom. You can still incorporate all your other teaching (thematic) units into your lessons.
