Is vomiting a sign of early labour?
Vomiting is not a common signal of impending labour, I’d think you may have picked up a stomach bug, or one of those little munchkins is giving your stomach a bit of a battering. Nausea is a common sign a body might go into labour soon, but usually the only vomiting correlation is when the woman is actually in labour, the pains and pushing maybe enough to send someone to the porcelain throne! Keep drinking your fluids, it sounds like you may have picked up a bit of Gastro.
