Absolutely. You can develop directly on any platform supported by OpenGVS, including the PC. The source code is completely portable between environments; you can compile and run the same software developed on a PC on a UNIX based platform (or vice versa). Even the makefiles are 100% compatible (no changes required.). We only support Windows NT 3.5 or later and Windows 95/98.
