Can I eat healthy at Chachos?
Yep. We have an extensive diet and health food section of our menu. However, if you are watching your weight, you still need to not overeat. Our portions are very large and are designed for sharing and taking home leftovers. You can eat everything on our menu and maintain your weight if you do not eat too much of it. We offer half and smaller sizes of many items for this purpose. We also suggest that people share items and plan to take home leftovers. All of our restaurants have carryout containers for customer pick up. Even though our food is delicious, try to stop eating before you feel very full.
