Capture Sequence 03/35 is a generic, abiotic, sequence of 31 nucleic acids. The complementary 31mer sequence can be incorporated into nucleic acid probes by a variety of methods (PCR, ligation, reverse transcription with special primer). This complementary sequence is used to tag nucleic acid probes so that they can then be detected by UltraAmp reagents.
