What is a Financial Aid Freeze?

0

The Financial Aid Freeze is the same as the 100% refund deadline based on the College academic calendar. Adjustments to disbursed financial aid awards (up or down) are made by the financial aid office up to the Financial Aid Freeze date. Once the financial aid freeze date has passed, the financial aid office no longer makes adjustments to your awards, unless you have stopped attending all classes (withdrawn officially or unofficially) or there was a documented College error. Students should be aware that adding or dropping classes prior to the 100% refund deadline will affect their financial aid awards.
