Eczema is a kicker. Often times kids outgrow eczema, but alot don’t. As you’ve noticed, your eczema flared up during an initial infection. Eczema is increasingly being flagged as an auto-immune disease. So the best way to possibly conquer your eczema is to boost your immune system with a good multivitamin and mineral supplement, add to that a good omega 3 supplement and some probiotics. To control the dry skin, apply a tea tree oil enriched (at least 5%) moisturizing cream. Obviously you’ll need to talk to your parents about this, but I’ve seen alot of success with boosting the immune system.
