They must not live outside as they could have a heart attack, guinea pigs can not generate enough heat to surveive outside, i havew four guinea pigs but have had ten and i always keep mine indoors in a cage where they are safe and warm, if anyone tell you different then they obviously have not experience a guinea pig death from living outside.
