Yes but if you sign up and you were not invited then we allow you to put up 2 songs for us to take a listen to. The reason for this is we have our own independent record label StormSurge Studios. So we are looking for the more serious recording artists to sign up with us. Now if you are turned down this is not a bad thing you can always try again.
