How long do schitzophrenics have what is called a “psychotic episode” normally and how frequently they reoccur?
Without medications a person who has Schizophrenia is usually in a psychotic state all of the time, this is the voices and the hallucinations. A paranoid Schizophrenic is the dangerous one without medications. They may act on what the voices are telling them to do what they hear is always negative, there is no way of telling how long an episode of acting out dangerously can last.
